I'm not able to use the machine even after I received it. The company produced machine in a non suitable voltage to my country even after the details were well provided. The machine order is 3 phase 380V, but they manufactured for 220V. I noticed the voltage difference after they produce the machine, but the sales man said it's not a big issue and can be solved from the destination. After the machine arrived, I tried to solve the issue with engineering service companies but they will recommending to use a transformer to step down the voltage. The transformer price is really high I couldn't afford, and I informed the manufacturer, but they are not giving proper response.
